You can trick your mind into thinking that you are happy.
Live Every Moment
Build memories by living and savoring each and every moment. Smell the clothes you are wearing, your coffee, the air. Embrace whatever comes your way. Don’t be sad that everything is wet because of the rain. Instead, go out and enjoy the drops of water on your face. Don’t get locked up indoors because of the snow. Go out and play in it. It will definitely remind you of your childhood, and it will help you create a memory you can cherish in future. Lose yourself in every moment of your wonderful life.
