If you have diabetes, you need to make an effort to maintain normal blood sugar levels to preserve your overall health. You can take your medications on time, exercise regularly, and eat healthy foods. You can also try some herbs and spices to control your blood sugar levels.

Ginger has anti-diabetic, anti-oxidative, and hypolipidemic properties, which all help control your blood sugar levels. Ginger also improves insulin sensitivity, lowers your cholesterol levels, and aids in weight loss.
